Scoop’s Latest Demo – Dynamic Data for Revenue, Marketing, and Finance Ops Teams

At Pavilion’s Demo Day, we showcased how Scoop is designed to empower revenue, marketing, and finance operations teams by simplifying every stage of the data lifecycle—without the need for IT or constant manual updates. Below is a breakdown of the demo and how Scoop can help your team take control of their data in a way that’s intuitive, automated, and presentation-ready.

The Data Problem We All Face

During the demo, we touched on a problem many of you are familiar with: having a dozen different tools that all house critical data, but no easy way to access, update, or present it in real time. Whether it’s outdated spreadsheets or data warehouses that require constant IT maintenance, it can be a nightmare to answer basic business questions. That’s where Scoop comes in.

Scoop: The Lightweight Data Solution

Scoop allows you to gather, manipulate, analyze, and present all your data dynamically, rather than in static slides. We demonstrated how Scoop can seamlessly pull data from any source—whether it's your CRM, ERP, or product data—and automatically snapshot it every day, creating time-series datasets for easy tracking. This eliminates the need for manual imports and static reporting tools.

One of the highlights from the demo was how we blend data using Google Sheets interfaces, allowing teams to work in a familiar environment. You don’t need to be a designer or data expert to create and present your data with Scoop. Everything is done automatically, and the output is presentation-ready, so you can focus on decision-making, not data management.

Real-Time Presentations: Say Goodbye to Static Slides

We showcased how you can present data directly from Scoop using live, interactive presentations. With prebuilt canvases and recipes for different business use cases, such as sales forecasting or pipeline management, getting started is quick and easy.

During the demo, we pulled up a sales performance dashboard and walked through how easy it is to add charts, graphs, and even video content directly into a presentation. Want to filter your sales data by rep, product, or channel? We showed how it’s as simple as clicking a button to drill down and get the insights you need in real time.

Time Series Analysis with Daily Snapshots

A major feature we highlighted was our snapshotting capability. Imagine being able to track every change a salesperson makes to the CRM—Scoop does that automatically. We showed a live demo of how snapshots help you track how your pipeline changes over time, from one week to the next.

For example, we used a time series view to track how a sales forecast evolved between February 13th and February 20th. This kind of granular insight is critical for sales teams trying to remember what stage a deal was in last week, and it’s all available at the click of a button.

Process Analysis and Advanced Forecasting

Another key demo example was how Scoop allows you to run advanced analysis, such as step-function analysis, which tracks deal progress through each sales stage. You can see exactly how long it takes for deals to move from qualification to close, and identify any bottlenecks that might exist in your pipeline.

We also walked through how Scoop can handle more complex calculations like lifetime value (LTV) and customer acquisition cost (CAC), pulling together data from multiple sources and giving you a clear view of business health.

Prebuilt Recipes: Ready to Use Out of the Box

To make things even easier, we demoed several prebuilt “recipes” within Scoop, designed for common business scenarios like sales forecasting and revenue attribution. These are out-of-the-box templates that teams can use immediately to analyze and present their data, without needing to build everything from scratch.

For example, our sales forecasting recipe includes a dashboard that shows pipeline health, opportunity progress, and revenue forecasts, all of which can be filtered and customized based on your business needs.

Visuals, Data, and More

Throughout the demo, we focused on how Scoop not only pulls data from your various systems but also transforms it into visually compelling presentations. With drag-and-drop functionality, you can add PowerPoint slides, graphs, charts, and even YouTube videos directly into your reports.

One of the most exciting parts of the demo was seeing how quickly these visual presentations come together—whether you’re preparing for a weekly sales meeting or a QBR. The demo showed how easy it is to create a dashboard that updates itself, so you never have to worry about pulling data manually the night before.
